Rosebriar-CS130306We are in the process of moving and I did receive confirmation that it
was dropped off so it is probably somewhere in one of our boxes. Can we
get a letter from Kenny or whomever regarding the drainage issue,
stating that you are aware that in the event of a complaint regarding
standing/blocking water from the adjacent properties you will address
this issue in a timely fashion. As soon as we get the as-builts and this
letter we will issue the final acceptance.

control bond. We are also lacking the final as-builts. We still have
concerns with the drainage from the adjacent properties along the west
property line being blocked. The first heavy rain we get they will have
standing water in their back yards and we will get phone calls. I
understand Larry has discussed this issue with you. As soon as we get
these items we will be able to issue the final acceptance letter.
