the proper guidelines and procedures required by The City
of Coppell regarding any and all retaining walls built in
The Estates of Cambridge Manor.
The key factor is that any retaining wall over four (4')
feet in height must be approved by the City of Coppell
Engineering Department prior to the issuance of a building
permit.
