Dear Atul:
Reference our recent meetings and phone conversations on
January 19th and January 25th, 1995, regarding proper guide-
lines pertaining to retaining walls in The Estates of
Cambridge Manor.
Consequently, Beamer Development, Inc., will implement the
following procedures when addressing the construction of
retaining walls in The Estates of Cambridge Manor:
1. Ail retaining walls in The Estates of Cambridge
Manor will be contiguous to prevent slope failure
and to protect the integrity of the soil. If a
retaining wall is built adjacent and/or adjoining
to an empty lot, Beamer Development will install
temporary silt fencing or other types of retainage
to prevent erosion and to insure proper drainage.
2. Any and all retaining walls that are under four (4')
feet in height will not require approval from the
City of Coppell Engineering Department and will be
granted building permits. But prior to the "final"
from the City of Coppell Building Inspection Depart-
ment, the retaining walls must be in place.
Atul, in closing, a copy of this letter will also be sent to
the following custom home builders in The Estates of Cambridge
Manor:
- BRENTWOOD BUILDERS, INC.
- CUSTOM ONE/HAAG & COMPANY, INC.
- THE WATSON GROUP CUSTOM HOMES
- DICK WALKER CUSTOM HOMES
