Dear Mr. Hirschey:
Attached are six (6) copies of proposed Change Order #5 for the
above referenced project. This change order will delete the 345
LF of chain link fencing from your contract. Per your August 29,
1989 letter, this will result in a $5,406.15 deduction. Please
execute all six copies and 'return them to our office for further
processing.
