Saving~"'~or the above referenced projects. We believe this
satisfies%the City of Coppell's obligations under Paragraph 9(e)
of th~ No~ember 1987 agreement as rela~ed to landscaping and
screening Nan approval. We anticipate bidding of the Landscape
and Irrigatl~ Plan in late September and installation to begin
by early Nove~er.
Construction and site plans have previously been approved by the
Architectural Review Committee of the Lakes of Coppell Owners
Association. Should you have any questions or be aware of other
approvals required by the agreement, please feel free to contact

The Architectural Review Committee of. the Lakes of Coppell Owners' Association
met on August 17, 1989. At this meeting, the Coa~ttee reviewed your recent
submittal for the Village Parkway Pump Station and Reservoir located at the
Lakes of Coppell.
Please be advised that your submittal was approved, including the following:
1. Response regarding the temporary approval of the open drainage system.
2. Exterior lighting specifications.
3. Landscaping and irrigation plans, including the "expansion" plan.
4. Landscape and other treatment, as it relates to the chain link fence.
