Re: Village Parkway Pump Station & Reservoir
Dear Mr. Goram:
Attached please find preliminary copies of the Landscape Plan and
Irrigation Plan for the above referenced facilities. It is our
intention to have this work bid as a separate project in late
September. We anticipate installation could begin in late
October or early November depending upon progress of the final
site work on the pump station.
Please have the plans reviewed by both the Water Department and
Parks Department. Any comments should be forwarded to our office
by August 25, 1989. We will provide you with revised plans and
specifications prior to bidding of the project. We have also
sent copies of this plan to Sunbelt Savings and the Lakes of
Coppell Owners Association for their review.
