As a point of reference, the contra~t time on the above
referenced project has expired. The required contract completion
date was to be August 9, 1989. As of this date, we have not
received or granted a request for a contract time extension or
substantial completion of this project. Please advise us as to
your intentions and schedules regarding this matter.
