Dear Mr. Hirschey:
In an effort to coordinate the installation of the chain link
fencing on the the pump station and reservoir site, we would like
to consider several options:
1) Please provide us with the cost reduction for a possible
change order to delete the chain link fencing from your
contract (±345 LF).
2) Please provide us with an estimate for a possible change
order to add ~1105 LF of chain link fence to your contract.
Your prompt attention to this matter would be appreciated so as
to avoid a delay in pvc color selection. Please contact us if
you have any questions.
