We are in receipt of Mr. Durbin's August 1, 1989 letter regarding
the tie-in of the station discharge piping to the 24" waterline
under construction by McLean Construction, Inc. Please be
advised that we have instructed Mc~an Const~ction, Inc. to make
this tie-in. We re~est that you complete the portion of this
piping which is included in your contract as soon as possible.
