Attached please find a revised sketch of the proposed TU Electric
easement for power service to the Village Parkway Pump Station.
The sketch has been revised to indicate the existing drainage and
sanitary sewer easements on the tract.

Beginning at Grantor's Northwest property corner, said property corner being
formed by the intersection of the East right-of-way line of Kimbel Kourt
and the South right-of-way line of Village Parkway, both being City of
Coppell public streets.

Southwest property corner;
THENCE North 87°,39',53'' East a distance of 20 feet along Grantor's
South property line;

improving, inspecting, maintaining, operating, and removing said line and the right at all times to keep
clear of said facilities obstructions which, in the sole Judgement of Grantee, may endanger or interfere
with the proper maintenance, opera~ion, and safety of said facilities. Grantor shall not make changes
in the grade, elevation or contour of the land which will interfere with the exercise by Grantee of the
rights herein granted, unless Grantor shall have obtained the prior written consent of Grantee. ldhere
Grantee's facilities are underground, and access to Grantee's above-ground facilities is provided~
Grantor may use the surface for parking, roads or landscaping, subject to the rights of Grantee granted
herein.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described easement and rights unto the said Grantee, their successors and
assigns, until all of said lines shall be abandoned.
