Dear Mr. Doyle
We have been flied by Preload Construction Company, Inc. that
a problem has detected with the Thorocoat coating material
which was a to the above referenced project. A possible
defect in manu~ is causing the material to soften when
wet. Beginning the week of July 16, 1989, Preload will be
removing the existing Thorocoat coating from the tank and re-
applying a new topcoat. This work is being done at no additional
cost to the City of Coppell and should not effect ~e anticipated
completion date of ~e project.
