Yes, I have left him a voicemail. I wasn’t sure which building he was
referring to in his voicemail, he said Freeport 7.

Regarding Gateway Business Park, Phase 3, Lot 3C-R Block 2: an engineer
from Halff Associates called on Friday to say that they are ready to
resurrect and get started on this project. He wanted to know about fees
& I told him that only the roadway impact fees in effect at that time
(2007) had been paid. I also mentioned that our impact fee structure
had changed since then and the entire project would have to be
re-assessed based on the new fees in place now. You may have gotten a
voicemail message from him, also.
