to pre-treat building for (ref. Section
02280). The Documents require treatment to
be guarantee~ a minimum of five (5) years at no additional
cost to the tr. This work has been performed and paid for in
accordance the Contract Documents.
Attached please find two (2) original copies of the pre-treatment
guarantee. These Certificates need to be executed by the City
Manager to validate the warranty. After approval, please return
both originals to our office for further processing. Please note
that the City will have the option of extending the termite
guarantee upon payment of a $55 annual fee beginning in 1994.
Please contact us if you need additional information or have any
questions regarding this matter.
