Re: TU Electric Easement ~'i'
Village Parkway Pump Station
Dear Mr. Doyle:
We have reviewed the proposed easement for power service to the
Village Parkway Pump Station and have no objections to the
proposed location or legal description. We have discussed this
matter with Mr. Tim Brancheau of TU Electric and they are aware
that the City will have existing and proposed pipelines and paved
drives within this power easement. Mr. Brancheau stated that
those facilities would not pose a problem to TU Electric. Their
concern and reason for the easement request is to insure that no
future buildings are placed on the easement.
We have prepared a sketch of the proposed easement for your use.
Please see that this item is placed on the next available Council
agenda. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please
feel free to contact us.
