Formal contracts for the City to execute with TU Electric will be forthcoming. The attached letter from TU Electric indicates their progress and projected schedule. Please note the expected delivery date for the secondary transformer. We will research this matter further to determine if the Pump Station will be adversely impacted by this projected date. We are ordering the second transformer required to provide dual service for this project. Contracts covering the excess cost of facilities will be forthcoming. Please be advised this transformer with 2400/4160 volt three phase secondary requires a delivery time of approximately 6 months.
