Dear Mr. Hirschey:
After further consultation with Dallas Water Utilities and the
City of Coppell, a UL rated strainer will not be required on the
Sandy Lake Road rate of flow controller modifications. A
domestic strainer will be acceptable (Rockwell Series W or
approved equal) to all parties and thus eliminate the need for
the requested $3,824.00 change order.
