Mr. Garza,
This memo is to inform you that the City of Lewisville has accepted the
Public Improvements in the ROW of Lake Vista Dr. associated with the
above referenced project. The official letter of acceptance is pending
some wording in the maintenance bond from the paving contractor. While
the review of the phrasing goes on, I didn't want that to hold up CB
Jeni Homes. Everything else is in order and we will issue the letter of
acceptance as soon as the bond is cleared. If you need anything else,
