Dear Mr. Riley:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to
offer:
1. Show top of pavement grades for the proposed parking spaces in the southwest portion of
the property.
2. Will there be any grading in the southeast portion of the property? If so, provide some
information on what is proposed.
3. Verify that all proposed parking space dimension meet the requirements of the zoning
ordinance.
4. As was done for the driveway onto London Way, please break out any flow out the
driveway onto Heartz Road into a separate drainage area. This flow should be less than 2
els.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. When all comments have been
addressed, please return these marked plans and two sets of revised plans to the City for
