Maintenance Bond Period Expired
Dear Mr. Oyen:
The two -year period during which the improvements were coved by a maintenance bond has
expired. Lacy Construction has made all the repairs we requested, and the facilities now appear to
be in good order.
The City of Coppell takes responsibility for maintenance of Southwestern Boulevard from the
above date forward. Thank you for your cooperation during the course of the project.
