Dear Mr. Collins:
In response to your comments regarding the above project, Brockette. Davis-Drake would like to offer the
following:

We are in the process of obtaining the recorded plat for the project and will provide it to you as
soon as possible.
We have improved the shading on the paving plan to better delineate the proposed paving areas.
The sawcut length has been added to the plans.
A note has been added to reference City of Coppell Standard Details for all work within public
R.O.W.
The approval letter has been referenced.
All storm drain within the R.O.W. and drainage easement has been identified as RCP. A letter
(see attached) has been forwarded to Mr. Griffin requesting permission to us PVC for private
drainage systems.
The area drains along the southern property line have been removed from the plan work. The
owner intends for the drainage to remain unchanged from this current state until such time as the
rear portion of the site is developed. 2 -18" RCP stubouts have been added to accommodate this
future development.
Hydraulics have been added to the storm sewer profile.
A drainage area has been added to show potential discharge to London Way.
We would request that the required easement be provided as part of the future replat of this lot.
