Show dimensions of all new paving (drive width, radii, parking spaces). 2. Show R.O.W. of adjacent streets. 3. Roadway impact fees will be required for the new building addition. 4. Show the size of the utility service lines and denote as existing or proposed. 5. Impact fees will be required for any new water services. 6. New paving will have to meet requirements of the Coppell Subdivision Ordinance. 7. Please clarify what is happening with the storm drain on the south side of the property. 8. Provide ADA ramps at driveways.
