KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTSI That we, the Texas District Lutheran Church hereinafter referred to as Grantors, whether one or more, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash to Grantors in hand paid by the City of Coppell, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration of the benefits to be derived by Grantors from the Utilities on the premises hereinafter described, have this day Granted and Conveyed, and by these presents do Grant and Convey, unto the City of Coppell, a municipal corporation situated in Dallas County, Texas, an easement to construct, reconstruct and perpetually maintain Utilities, upon and across the following described land, to-wit: SEE EXHIBIT "A" TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same perpetually to the City of Coppell, its successors and assigns, together with the right and privilege, at any and all times to remove or keep removed all or parts of buildings, fences, trees, shrubs or other improvements or growth which in any way may endanger or interfere with the construction, maintenance or efficiency of the Utilities on this easement; and the City shall at all times have the right of ingress and egress to and from and upon the said easement for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, inspecting, maintaining and adding to or removing all or part of the Utilities without the necessity at any time of procuring the permission of anyone.
