Staff is in process of locating the easement document for the above
referenced project.
At this time Staff is unable to locate the easement document in our
files, but will continue searching-
If the easement document cannot ~e located, we will request the
project Engineer to. resubmit additional easement documents.
Due to the present work load and other priorities we respectfully
request a time extension to complete this assignment by February 8,
1991.
