KEF: Final Inspection

At the request of Mr. Don Beverlin, our office made a final walk through inspection at the
above address on October 8, 1990. Items still outstanding from our inspection on April 3, 1990
were as follows:
1) A permanent street address needs to be visible from the street. We understood this
would be accomplished on a monument sign located at the Hearm Road entrance;
however, since this has not been constructed, address numbers need to be permanently
posted on the street side of the building.
2) Need access to electrical panel boxes. Church must maintain 3'0" clear in from of
electrical panels and there must be no storage in this area.
3) Inspection Deparunent needs a letter from the contractor (or supplier) regarding vision
paneh in doors, these must have a radng.
4) Glass pass-through in the office needs to be rated construction.
These items need to be corrected, as well as calling for final Fire Marshal and Public Works
inspections prior to release of a final Certificate of Occupancy.
