Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 Re: CHRIST OUR SAVIOR LUTHERAN CHURCH Building Project, 150 Heartz Road Th/s le~er will serve to s ,umrnod'ize the variances approved by the City COUncil regarding the above at the council meeting of August 8th: 1. Concrete paving of parking lot and fire lane approved to be five inches thick 2. Five inches of crashed rock as a substitute for five inches of concrete paving in parking area bounded by fire lane (see yellow highlight on attached site plan). Concrete paving in this area will be scheduled for Phase II construction. 3. 410 linear feet of sidewalk along Heartz Road to be omitted until Phase II construction (see attached highlighted area). This should assist in keeping all concerned adequately informed. If there are any further questions or clarifications necessary please contact me as soon as possible as time is of the essence.
