The Technician provided proctor material verification at Utility Line Excavation with Owner present.

Based on observation,we have samples at locations representative of our proctor list.
The material at the West side of Line matches proctor#3 and the material at the East side of Line matches proctors 1 and 2.
No additional proctors picked up...
