As discussed in the pre - construction meeting, CB JENI Homes hereby respectfully asks the City of Coppell to release the
following lots for home construction:
• Block A, Lot 36 - 901 Snowshill Trail
• Block A, Lot 57 - 8I4 Calcot Drive
CB JENI Homes anticipates that the permit process will take 2 -weeks and the construction of the homes will begin on or about
February 1, 2013.
As a condition of approval, the water, sanitary sewer and paving access shall be complete to the above lots.
