K &A Project 08528
Dear Mike,
I have been furnished information regarding the placement of the sanitary sewer and
water mains along Devon Drive within this project.
Based on the information furnished by the surveyor doing the staking and the
verification, the separation of the sanitary sewer and water mains does comply with the
minimum of 10 feet center to center and /or 9 feet wall to wall.
The sanitary sewer grades are as shown on the attached sheet.
There were some fire hydrants moved and inlets shifted, but it is my understanding from
Terry Holmes that he and Larry Davis (City Inspector) are in agreement on what is to be
done for those items.
We will eventually prepare as built plans for the project, which will reflect these results.
Please contact me with any questions or comments.
