On the date(s) noted below, a representative of Falkofske Engineering, Inc. visited the above noted site, examined
photos taken at the site, and/or observed real time video to review the construction of masonry stone retaining walls,
the location of which is noted below. The construction of these walls was found to be acceptable and in general
accordance with Falkofske Engineering, Inc. plans and specifications for the masonry walls at the above noted site.
Please note that the retaining walls were designed in accordance with the 2006 IBC (International Building Code).
