Dear Ms. Barnett:
We have received your request regarding the sidewalk repair at the above address. According to
our records, it shows that the initial request was made on January 25, 2012. Our public works
department puts a temporary fix at that time if needed. We have an annual sidewalk contract with
California Construction for $150,000.00 that begins in October of every year and continues
through the following September. The list is generated by homeowner complaint and the
location is put on the list for the next years' contract which includes over 150 locations and over
25,000 square feet of concrete. Since we are currently in the middle of a contract this location
will be completed on next years contract which begins in October 2012. I apologize for any
