Roadway Subgrade
Dear Mr. Garza:
I respectfully request a waiver to the City of Coppell's subdivision ordinance as it relates to
roadway subgrade requirements. The variance request is based on Bryant Consulting Services,
LLC Pavement Recommendation Test Report of Project No. 12S -005 (Revised) dated February
13, 2013. The report recommends applying 4% cement by weight to stabilize the subgrade in
lieu of using lime stabilized subgrade. Per the test results, this is an application rate of 22-lbs /sy.
