Dear Mr. Marvin:
In regards to the Point West I Parking Expansion, fly ash is called out on the plans to
be used in the concrete mixture. The City of Coppell standard paving specs does
not allow for the use of fly ash in the concrete mixture, hence paving in public right -
of -way and fire lanes will be constructed to meet this spec. As for paving that is
considered private, fly ash will be used in the concrete mixture as a request by the
owner, Duke Realty, per NCTCOG spec 2.2.2(d) Chemical Admixtures.
