The following items have been addressed as per the referenced review: COMMENTS • We will need something for our files for the drainage and grading easement for the property to the east. Easements should be provided for the storm drain. Response: Easement attached. • Is there a requirement for ADA crossing the 30' driveway from the parking lot, (ramps, crosswalk, etc.)? You will need to provide safe access for pedestrians. Response: No ADA requirements. Crosswalk and signage added to plans. • What is the drainage area and capacity for the system you are tying into? Show the existing easements for the wye inlet on the north east corner. Response: Drainage calculations for existing storm added to plans. Easement also added to plans. • Establish permanent erosion control for proposed grading swale. Response: Stated for erosion control measures to stay until ditches are removed with development. • Label the curb cut and grouted rock rip rap on the southeast corner of the parking lot, see sheet C3.2. Response: Labeled on sheet. ■ Is there a 6" curb on the east side of the parking lot? Response: There is a 6 -inch curb on the east side.
