Rosebriar-CS130321The last correspondence that our planning director had with Mr. Nichols
last week was that we would go ahead and replace that sod with whatever
type of sod he currently has (Zoysia or St. Augustine), Im not sure what
he has.

I know the area you are talking about and Mr. Nichols told our
contractor not to sod there so we did not. We thought maybe he had
future landscape plans for that area. We can sod this area but I think
it is worth double checking with Mr. Nichols first. I will await your
response.

Brad,
I just had a chance to read this letter, We feel that the test period
should coincide with the 2-year maintenance period. Two years should
give us an adequate test period, I do not feel 6 months is adequate.
Please revise the letter and re-submit.
Also, can you go ahead and place St. Augustine sod on Mr. Nichols
property adjacent to the ADA ramp that was replaced on Dobecka and Sandy
Lake.
If you have any questions please contact me at your convenience.

Mike
Here is the letter you requested. Kenny Hafner and Terry Mitchell went
out and walked the adjacent Dobeca lots. Based on their observations it
doesn't appear that we will have any problems but if we do we will be
glad to take care of them. While they were there they talked to Mr.
Brancheau who said he was happy with the grading. They also talked to
the property owner South of Mr. Brancheau who was also ok with the
grading but requested a small area of their backyard be filled which we
will do.
Thanks for all your help on this project.

We are in the process of moving and I did receive confirmation
that it was dropped off so it is probably somewhere in one of our boxes.
Can we get a letter from Kenny or whomever regarding the drainage issue,
stating that you are aware that in the event of a complaint regarding
standing/blocking water from the adjacent properties you will address
this issue in a timely fashion. As soon as we get the as-builts and this
letter we will issue the final acceptance.

I dropped off the maintenance bond and check last Thursday. I
gave it to the lady that sits outside of Ken's office.

Kenny,
We have not received the maintenance bonds or the
erosion control bond. We are also lacking the final as-builts. We still
have concerns with the drainage from the adjacent properties along the
west property line being blocked. The first heavy rain we get they will
have standing water in their back yards and we will get phone calls. I
understand Larry has discussed this issue with you. As soon as we get
these items we will be able to issue the final acceptance letter.

We did the final walk Friday and punchlist items
completed yesterday. Can you give us an idea on when to expect an
acceptance letter?
