Attached is a draft copy of Supplemental Agreement No. 3 between the city of Dallas and the city of Coppell.
This document has been reviewed by representatives of the Billingsley Company and the city of Coppell. The
Coppell City Council has not reviewed the agreement. It's anticipated that the agreement will be discussed with the
Coppell City Council during the month of August.
