The proposed supplemental agreement loolks good and we've almost completed our review. Some minor modifications have
been noted which we are venting now. We should be able to provide feedback to you by the end of the week.
Is it your understanding that the metering facilities wgyld remain the property of Dallas? Also, would you please send me the
rates which would apply to usage under this S.A.? ,'

Attached is a draft copy of Supplemental Agreement No. 3 between the city of Dallas and the city of Coppell.
This document has been reviewed by representatives of the Billingsley Company and the city of Coppell. The Coppell
City Council has not reviewed the agreement. It's anticipated that the agreement will be discussed with the Coppell
City Council during the month of August.
