After talking with Mike just now, I'd like to make these comments:

1. The sewer line is proposed for the south side of the DART (Cottonbelt) mainline track, to be as close to the
south Right -of -Way line as possible.
2. The proposed agreement with the City of Dallas for this sewer line would be our standard License
Agreement.
3. Pricing is $600.00 application fee and annual rental fee based on FMV of property_
4. If acceptable by DART Planning and Engineering Dept., the line could be placed on the south side ROW, but
approval of the specs for the line must be given prior to construction.

Thanks. One thing that would really help us at this time would be to
know if the concept of obtaining an easement is feasible. We have been
investigating another route to get to the existing sewer and they have
placed some time restraints on our ability to secure an easement. It
has other problems and we prefer to go along Beltline if at all
possible. If it appears feasible along the DART right-of-way, we will
probably drop our other alternative, so any feedback as soon as possible
would help us make a decision on which way to go. Thanks for your help.

Jack, I wanted to make sure you got my email back with the info you were
asking for about the easement were are discussing.
Also, Is there someone we need to stay in contact with while you are on
vacation? We need to keep this process moving along so that we can
quickly determine the feasibility of obtaining this easement. Please
give me or Mary Poss a call if you have any questions.
