NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on the 14th
day of June, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration
of a zoning change, Case ~S-1033, at the request of Christ Our Savior Lutheran
Church, from (SF-1Z) Single Family-lZ, to (SF-1Z SUP) Single Family-lZ with
a Special Use Permit to allow a Church, School and Day Care Center, on property
generally described as follows: Approximately 450 feet south of the southeast
corner of Sandy Lake Road and Heartz Road, on a total of 4.936 acres. All
interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited
to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the
City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning
the proposed zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell,
Planning Department, P.O. Box 478, Coppell, Texas 75019.
