Enclosed please find copies of documents reflecting the most recent land sale
from TXU to the Billingsleys. The transaction included a conveyance from CB to TXU
of several 5 -acre sites. The enclosed documents show aerial photographs, surveys, and
metes and bound descriptions of those sites.
A question arises as to whether any of these sites are located within CISD's or the
City's condemnation tracts. Could you please review these documents and advise us
whether any of the 5 -acre sites fall within either condemnation area?
