Appraisal of Four (4) Parcels for Enhancement
Dear Ken;.
As I mentioned in our conversation, I drove the above parcels today
to get a handle on the complexities of the appraisal assignments
involved. Based on my visual inspection and the data provided by
your office, I submit to you that I can prepare full narrative
appraisals on each of the respective parcels for $1,600 each or a
total of $6,400 for the entire project. I would normally anticipate
a completion time of 30 days or less from the date of authorization
dependent upon my work load at the time of inception.
