RE: Retaining Walls, Estates of Cambridge Manor
Dear Mr. Patel:
Due to the complications in processing the permits for home
construction in the Estates of Cambridge Manor, I have added notes
to the grading plans.
Attached is a revised mylar of said grading plan.
This should clarify the issue regarding retaining walls. The
original intent was to highlight areas where walls or other
suitable methods of addressing adjacent property grade transitions
would occur.
