RE: Utilities Walk Through Punchlist for Cambridge
Manor Phase I
Below I have listed the items found deficient during the above
referenced walk through, conducted yesterday afternoon.
Walk thru - 12/27/94
1. Cambridge Manor lane & Deforest, mainline valve needs
blockout
2. Needs 1 1/2" setter & double check complete with boxes
at Deforest entry.
3. Manhole needs retaining wall and set at proper grade-

4. Cambridge Manor Lane Lot 2-unable to locate mainline valve,
unable to locate fire hydrant valve cap. Paint red and mark
curb.
5. Cambridge Manor Court-mainline - Paint cap blue and mark
curb
6. Ail valve caps need to be painted and marked on curb.
7. Lot 7-water in meter can, possible leak -(Kings Canyon)
8. Sta.# 1+99.08 line H - clean out bottom of manhole
9. Replace cleanout pad on Lot 9
10. Sta.#02041-1ine-E clean out bottom of manhole
11. Sta.#2t85 line I - reset chimney seal in manhole
12. Sta.#0+95 line J - cleanout full of dirt, pour concrete
bottom and cleanout
13. Lot 16 Block D - check meter service for leak
14. Cleanout on Lot 13- full of rock, replace pipe and clean
15. Sta.# St66.09 line I - reset chimney seal in manhole
16. Sta.# St13.62 line G - needs chimney seal in manhole
17. Lower curb stop on setter, should be in separate can or in
box with setter-17" flange to flange, Located on north
service common area
18. Sta.#15.19 line C- add one more chimney seal extension to
manhole
19. Lot 1 blk. E - meter can full of water, possible leak
20. Tighten chimney seal in manhole @ eta.# 4+79.23 line C
21. Lot 2 meter can full of water, possible leak
22. Clean out bottom of manhole Sta.#15+47.35
23. Rainpan for manhole @ Sta.#17+86.41-A
24. Pour pad for cleanout Terry's property. All sewer laterals
from Subdivision to west have no pads. Need to pour.
25. Sta.#00+00A manhole needs cleaning, shape bottom invert
to carry better
26. Manhole in rear of first lot on west side of entry to
subdivision needs to be set at grade
27. Entry to subdivision-some type of retaining walls should be
built to prevent erosion along street right-of-ways and
back and side yards of lots.
