was revised from 54.096.40 to 53,803.80, a difference of S292.60. The initial assessment
was paid on September 23, 1994 by The Estate of Cambridge Manor, LTD, therefore a
check in the amount of 5292.60 should be mailed to:

Enclosed you will find the revised assessment for street lights on the referenced project. Prior
to the final acceptance of this project, a check in the amount of $4.096.40 should be made
payable to the City of Coppell and forwarded to Mr. Alan Johnson. Finance Director. along with
a copy of the attached street light fee assessment list.
Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our office so that we will be able to verif.v payment
of the required fees and assure a successful completion of this project. If your records show that
you have already paid this fee. please provide a copy of your paid receipt for our records.
