As has been discussed, during the concrete placement in Cambridge Manor you will be allowed
to maintain DeForest Road in the following manner:
1. Adequate flex base will be installed to maintain DeForest Road in a passable manner,
even during inclement weather.
2. After the completion of the on-site concrete, you will be required to recompact
DeForest Road, meet proper densities and then overlay the flex base with a minimum
2" hot mix.
It should be fully understood that it will be the contractor's responsibility to maintain this road
in a safe and passable condition during the period prior to the placement of the hot mix.
