RE: East Beltline Water Line WA 94-01
Dear Mr. Mullinax:
Included with this leuer is a vicinity map of a proposed water line to be constructed by the City
of Coppell. In conjunction with this water line, the City will be assessing the adjacent property
owners. This water line will only serve the property on the south side of Beltline Road. Any
access to a water line for property on the north will be via a parallel system on the north side
of Beltline Road that would go back to Fairway Drive and then north in Fairway to Riverchase
Drive.
Our tax maps show that there are four different property owners on the south side of Beltline
Road adjacent to this water line. Those include: 1) NEC Properties Inc., c/o Hunt Properties
Inc., 2) Fraser Gordon Properties, Ltd. 3) NEC Properties, Inc. c/o of Royal Bank of Canada
and 4) Kamwell, Inc. The water line will begin at the east property line of the Blooming Colors
Landscaping Nursery and end at approximately midway through the property owned by
Kamwell, Inc. The City is seeking to obtain the necessary appraisal work so that the assessment
process can be initiated on this project. Please provide an estimate of the projected cost for this
work and a timetable for when you can begin and complete the work.
