Dear Mr. Patel
This letter is in reference to meeting with Larry Davis on
Friday, August 5, 1994, and in reference to W.A. Trimble Survey,
A-1791 (Dallas, County), specifically our development, The
Estates of Cambridge Manor, Phase I and Phase II.
In addiUon to Larry Davis and myself, there were representatives
from our engineering firm, Dowdy/Anderson and Associates, Inc.,
and our utility contractor, Burkard Utility Contractors, L.C.
It is our desire to eliminate the proposed Y-Inlet that had been
previously designed to be accessed on the C.D. Ehlers property,
and also to eltm/nate it from being placed on our proposed Phase
II, which is adjacent to Phas~ I to the east. In evaluating our
options, Mr. Davis will allow: the elimination of thi-~ Y-Inlet
with the following conditions:
1. Engineering drawings showing the dispersement of storm
water runoff, due to our development, onto adjacent
properties.
2. Letter of approval from adjacent land owner, which in
this case is Beamer Development, Inc. (le; Phase II),
to allow such storm water to travel across property,
and that this be a condition of this property until
such time that this property is developed.
I, as a representative of Beamer Development, Inc. and who is the
owner of the approximately 10 acre tract to the east of The
Estates of Cambridge Manor - Phase I, do hereby grant full
approval for any storm water to travel onto this property from
adjacent properties. Furthermore, if this parcel of land is
transferred to new ownersh/p, this will rema/n a standing
condition until such time that this land is developed. See
attached engineering drawings that show the design and layout of
this easement.
