Please find enclosed a typical package of information that has been
given to each land owner east of McArthor Blvd. an Deforest Rd. up
to and including Elsie Edwards. The package consists of a cover
letter from Beamer Development, a copy of Deed Records filed June
6, 1979 showing an understanding and agreement of the twenty foot
(20') wide permanent easement and a fifty foot (50') wide
construction easement that crosses their property, and a copy of
the Water and Sewer Plan that has been submitted to the City of
Coppell by Beamer Development and Dowdey Anderson & Associates,
Inc.
