However, monies for the future construction of those sidewalks should be escrowed with the City. Approval to delete the sidewalks on DeForest Road in no way authorizes you to delete any sidewalks interior to your subdivision. Sieb Dir of Planning & Communtiy Services Post Office Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 Dear Mr. Sieb: Reference our impromptu meeting on Friday morning, June 17, 1994, regarding the proposed installation of a public sidewalk in the front of the entrance to The Estates of Cambridge Manor. The following items concerning this issued are hereby submitted for your approval: o The proposed sidewalk would not join and/or connect to any other public sidewalk and if completed, would look unfinished. o In planning The Estates of Cambridge Manor, we wanted the residents to feel a sense of being "out in the country" and isolated from the rest of the city, yet only minutes from all other activities. A sidewalk in front at this time would diminish that feeling. o When your office and the City of Coppell deem it necessary and/or appropriate to connect this sidewalk to others on Deforest Road, be assured that Beamer Development will immediately respond to your request.
