Dear Mr. Griffin:
Reference our meeting, this date, regarding the transportation
of soil (dirt) from 701 Deforest Road to 836 Deforest Road,
Coppell, Texas.
The vehicles transporting the soil (dirt) will travel approxi-
mately six-hundred (600') feet west and exit at our property
located at 836 Deforest Road. The caravan of vehicles will
commence on Tuesday, June 21st, 1994 and will be hauling soil
(dirt) for approximately twenty (20) days, or until July 10th,
1994.
As a precaution for everyone concerned, Dowdey, Anderson
Engineering has video-taped this section of Deforest Road in
an effort to validate the present condition of the afore-
mentioned street. Additionally, they will also video-tape
the road after the soil (dirt) has been transported to compare
the condition "before" and the condition "after".
Beamer Development, Inc., will be responsible for any and all
damage resulting from this soil (dirt) movement that may occur
during this project and will contact your office when this task
is completed for further directions regarding same.
I have attached a current plat of all properties located on
Deforest Road (east of MacArthur Bouldevard) and "hi-lighted"
the route the vehicles will take in the movement of soil (dirt).
