RE: Second Landscape Review Comments for the Cambridge Manor Estates
Dear Mr. Leeming:
The City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
1. Provide brick pavers at the subdivision entrance as per City of Coppell
Streetscape Plan Section VIllA p.123. Contact the Planning Director regarding
the type and color of the brick pavers required for the subdivision entry point.
2. Show the 5' sidewalk at the locations shown on the entry landscape plans as
required per the City of Coppell Subdivision Ordinance Section VIIIB p. 103.
Daylilly Hemerocallis sp., and Ophiopogon japonicum are not on the latest plant
palette in the City of Coppell Streetscape Plan.
4. Provide a more definitive common area landscape plan.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these
comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the
City for review. If you should have any questions concerning these comments, please
